With a 4 tonne lifting capacity, the BZ240 is the perfect solution for workshops regularly working with 4x4s and small to medium sized commercial vehicles. An overhead cable bridge (or floor-mounted cross channel) connects the two posts ensuring perfect synchronisation between the lifting carriages.
Each lift comes with the following useful features as standard.
- Post mounted holster for easy storage of pneumatic tools and popular sockets
- Air point on the main post
- 2 x 240V panel mounted utility sockets
- Adjustable screw pads
- Attractive post motor covers
- Rolled column sections angled at 30°
- Lifting carriages are guided by 6 x maintenance-free roller bearings
- Bronze load nut / cast alloy safety nut
- Short lifting and lowering times due to powerful twin motor drives with overload protection
- Modern push button controls
- Optional second control panel for opposite post
- Programmable top and bottom limits
- Lockable main power switch to prevent unauthorised use
- Automatic arm locking mechanisms with manual release function
- Lifting pads with hard-rubber profile and 25 mm height adjustment
